Someone on reddit posted a guide to the Hidden Treasure achievement added with 5.9.2.  You definitely need a Rishi stronghold; some people in the comments claimed they got it from visiting another person’s stronghold.  I don’t know how much of the stronghold needs to be unlocked for you to reach it.

This will grant you the legacy title Persistent, and from the animation after the character finds the treasure, might grant you some credits from the treasure itself.

In which JVJ stops moving or eating. The portress of his building continues cooking for him, cajoling him to eat, and even gets a doctor to see him. As others have observed, she joins the illustrious company of Madame de R-- and Marguerite as the helpful older lady who appears out of nowhere to make life less awful for someone who is suffering.

And it just now struck me how vital these characters are to the story. Small, personal acts of kindness not only help characters, but advance the plot. Madame de R-- puts JVJ in touch with the Bishop, JVJ's whole arc pivots on the Bishop' compassion, Marguerite slows Fantine' descent long enough for JVJ to get involved, Sister Simplice buys him time to help Champmathieu, Fauchelevent gives him and Cosette a safe haven, Courfeyrac helps Marius a ton, the portress keeps JVJ more alive than he'd otherwise be (and allows the doctor to state for the record narrative that JVJ's pining for Cosette)... 

There are other kindnesses that don't advance the main plotlines (Gavroche giving the beggar a shawl), or that go astray (anything with Patron Minette, Mabeuf giving up the purse Gavroche stole for him). And then there are the guys we see trying to change the world in a larger way, who succeed only on a really limited basis. Bishop Myriel is supposedly inspiring a lot of people to be better, in his diocese and beyond.  While we hear of the bandits donating to the church, it's telling thst no one else in his town would rent a room to the paroled convict, and even his own household wanted to turn JVJ away. As M. Madeline, JVJ brought prosperity to Montreuil, but all that vanished when he left. The barricade is built on a heap of ideals...but the only in-book consequence we see is Marius returning to the bourgeois position he had forsaken, and Thenardier extorting money (that will be used in the slave trade).

As long as society is unjust, Hugo can't show us the larger actions succeeding unequivocally. But he can show the importance of small acts--of the things individuals (like his readers) can do. And he can show us the limitations of the larger actions, studying failures to create better future attempts...

The portress uses vous with JVJ and the doctor, and is adressed thusly by them.
