8 years ago, when the last snow storm knocked us out for a week, I fantasized about a man to enjoy the attenuation of snow in our cozy bed. Now, the only thing that aroused me in bed was farting in peaceful solitude.

Despite the drama, my new job is relatively simple. If I was at my old job, they’d have charged me vacation days for all these remote snow days. Plus our non-contact Fridays when we all worked remote.
