Anorexia is more likely to have immediate life threatening complications whereas obesity is more likely to cause problems over a longer period of time therefore it can be addressed outpatient. I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum...neither are good for you. I’m working on losing the weight I have put on though. My metabolism will never be normal though so it is hard.  1720.
