Ofc I'm sitting here worried about how I'm gna crash d¡et. I'm def considering a water fast or IF. I know IF would be more sustainable just in gen but tbh I think I'll just water fast for the flat stomach and then after that I'll go low carb until all my carbs are gone (groceries are expensive) and then go carnivore on 4th of july hopefully
