In May, Peter's daughter's partner suffered a massive heart attack when competing in an outrigger race. They were devoted to each other and she is still struggling with the loss. I suggested to her mother that I could make a little memory bear for her and she asked if I could make a quilt. I thought for a while what I could do and decided to do this.
