It all started on a Monday in February last year. After 20 plus years, of dragging myself out of bed just to be to work on time, here I was getting up to push play on the DVD player and attempt Total Body Cardio Fix from the 21 Day Fix program. I modified everything and took so many breaks. I pushed myself but was disappointed at how much I was out of shape. It was exhausting that first day! I made and drank my shake for breakfast. It was better than any protein drink I had tried in the past. My first day wasn't glamorous or awe inspiring. I took 30 minutes of my morning and made it a priority for my health.
