52WODN Britain's Next Top Model Logo Inspired!

So today I really, really wanted to try out some proper Nail Art type stuff. Lines! Lines seemed like a great idea at the time! (Oh how wrong could I be!) Lines are soooo difficult to do!

Nonetheless, determined. I struggled on!

To be perfectly honest, though, I am quite pleased by how they turned out :D

The logo for a reminder ;)

I used Barry M's Nail Paint (NP66) as the White Base colour and my Primark Nail Art Pens in the purpley colour and black :) I also used a couple of gems but they have smudged a bit :/

My right thumb is ATROCIOUS! but oh well haha, I feel like every week when I do my nails, they're getting better and better, each week I feel a bit more adventurous than the last :D

52 WODN ORANGE FIESTA! & Mermaid inspired makeup! 15.7.13

So after my week in Barcelona (post coming really soon!) I was so inspired by the beach and sunshine to make my nails as Bright as possible! I also wanted to use an Illamasqua polish so ended up using Gamma :), for the glitter/polka dot nails that is Barry M's Sequin Nail Effect in White on top of a layer of Gamma. The effect is quite cool actually :D

Also, as I am headed to Naomi's house to go swimming I decided I wanted my makeup to look a tad bit mermaidey-inspired today! What do you think? :D Sea Green & Pearly Pink were my main colours used :)

52 Weeks Of Delicious Nails! 5th June '13

Now, I know this isn't a Monday post nor is it from Monday but my Silver Nails from last week were just for Kelly's Wedding and I knew they were not going to last till this Saturday. So, I made these Tuesday Night! They should last till Sunday Night ready for me to create some new designs :')

My Left Hand :')

 I still haven't fully got a hold of my left hand's shakiness, hence the right hands' quite poor :/

My Right Hand....

I used Barry M's Gelly Shine in 9 "Pomegranate" as the base red colour and Paperchases' Nail Art Pen in White to make the dots, I then just placed them in a weird L shape on my nails :') I really liked the result-though! 52 Weeks of Delicious Nails (a day late :S) 27.5.13

I am so bummed out that the Sun just hasn't made much of an appearance as of recent :S It's supposed to be really nice weather in Britain now, I mean COME ON! I guess it's still early days though, I mean July & August are proper Summer, yeah? ....hmmm.... D:

Well, this week is half term and I wanted some nails that aren't really summery in case the sun doesn't appear and that also go with my dress for Riri's this coming Friday. And with that criteria this is what I came up with!

My Left Hand

Now, my Right hand I could not get a good picture of, so I decided it was better left out. To describe it to you though, it looks exactly the same only the butterfly on the thumb is white with grey :)

The Purple shade is my latest addition from Sally Hansen's complete Salon manicure range: 470 Purple Pulse & the Butterfly is from a wheel full of them from poundland, I mentioned it before in one of my January posts: http://tinyurl.com/p47vuwv :) Exciting stuff XD
