Brownells employee David R talks his @sigsauerinc on Sunday Gunday! "This is my Sig Sauer 556xi in 7.62x39mm that I use most often when I shoot in 3 gun competitions. The AR-15 platform is great, but I like to remind people that other firearms can fill the same role in addition to being flat out fun to shoot. This rifle is set up for 3 gun with a Vortex 1-6x optic in an Aero Precision mount, offset BUIS, @silencerco ASR muzzle brake, and @magpul AFG. Unfortunately, Sig Sauer recently stopped offering this platform of rifles for sale. That makes me even more of a gun hipster when I use it!"

It’s been far to long since I’ve posted anything, a busy summer has left no time for firearms.  Now that things are slowing down I decided to Cerakote the receivers on the 556Xi Grey... What do you think?
