#5590 MaBrasserie Bébé Mandrill (Canada) I’ve had this in the fridge forever, my bad for letting it sit so long. This is a 4.1% Grisette, it pours opaque with a fluffy head and a fruity nose, the body is creamy yet crisp, lightly phenolic, clean, refreshing, a touch bitter, funky and a little tart with a dry, dusty finish.
