This is my 55 cal scrambled eggs. It is really good and the bell peppers added a little tang so you really don’t need to add seasonings!
Ingredients
2 egg whites(34cal)
30g of spinach(7cal)
37g of bell peppers(11.5cal)
Directions
Mix the egg whites, spinach and bell peppers in a bowl. (Add seasonings if you want to)
Add a little water to the pan, then pour the egg mixture in the pan before it gets hot.
Cook till desired, pour on the plate and add a LITTLE sprinkle of cheese( I don’t know how many calories are in the cheese so I added 2 cal, if you eat it with out the cheese it’s 53 cal)
