#5835 Ras L’Bock Katyusha (Cognac) (Canada) Late night vibes, we figured we’d crack this big boy from Ras L’Bock for Dahn’s first ever imperial stout. Coming in at a big 11.9%, this RIS was aged in cognac barrels, it pours a light black with a foamy head and a boozy nose, the body is thinner than expected for the ABV, it’s chocolatey and oaky, creamy body, a touch bitter, smooth and fruity, a touch of vanilla, super smooth with a dry, clean finish.
