It might not be Wednesday, but here ares two writing prompts for you!
If you recall correctly, we’ve already asked you to write a scenario that would make your character uncomfortable. Though this was a while back, we were happy with the situations you guys could come up with! Keeping that theme in mind, we challenge you to write a situation in which your character is lost. Whether it be emotionally or physically, we want to see what happens when your character is thrown into a situation so unfamiliar that they can only rely on their wits to get them out of it.
Since that writing prompt is so similar to one we’ve already completed, we also have another challenge for you! Write your character winning/achieving something important to them. A lot of our characters are at low points in their lives, so how would they react if things suddenly started going right? Moreover, what would happen if everything came crashing down once again? Could they find the strength to carry on after having a taste of victory?
We challenge you to get creative with this! Create plots, pull other writers into your ideas, and have fun! It’s time to shake things up just before Wednesday’s event!
