@catb.studio launched the #5pmdrawingclub a few days ago and I wanted to join in. As I am in a "painting » day, I chose to use my paints remnants. I unrolled a big paper on the floor, took some sponge brushes andI dived into it! It was all about circles and dots and, of course, even if Cat had precised that the only rule was nothing representational, it all ended in flowers! With me, it almost always like that : it ended up with flowers. I love love the idea behind this hashtag : to explore drawing following a drawing prompt given by Cat every Saturday. The one of this week is : make marks any way you like, as a child would do. At that point, it’s exactly what I dream to do, to draw and paint with the freedom of a child.
