Their lives were a lie, a lie to protect their "innocence", to protect themselves from law enforcement. They were lucky. Lucky to be blessed with the talent of lying. It takes a special person to come up with a believable lie. But that isn't the point. They were a gang. The four of them. All tall, strong... They were one of the strongest gangs out there. No one really knew about them though. That's how good they were. The police could never find them, always moving from one place to the next. Getting into the most illegal fights, drug dealing, drunk driving. You name it, they've probably done it. At the same time, they could be the most desirable men on earth. They were all very attractive, definitely. You'd think their normal, young guys, just by their looks. Deceiving smiles, deceiving laughs, deceiving words. Deception was their speciality, it seemed. But how far would they go? - It was winter break, a few days after Christmas. I sat at home, having a day of relaxation. The days prior had been full of food, family, laughs, photos... It was time that all of the adults went back to work, people hung out, but I decided to stay home. I had socialized enough, and I needed a break. I lay on my bed, earbuds plugged into my ears, eyes closed. Nirvana played through the mini speakers, pleasure to my eyes. Hufflepuff, the big fluff ball of a cat, lie beside me, cuddling into me. He purred softly while I stroke his fur gently. It was a cool, groggy day. Cloudy, on and off showers. The sun hasn't even peaked out for a little hello, it stayed hidden behind the layers of grey fluff. I stare out the window and sigh, I didn't mind this weather. I was 16, a soft spoken, quiet girl. I wasn't dumb, that's for sure. He was a police chief, my mother was a cardiologist. I did extremely well in school, I had hopes of becoming a Astrotnomist, I loved the stars. They amazed me... Every night, id look out at them. Finding all of the constellations I could, smiling. On the side, I was a dancer. I had been a dancer for many years, since I was 3. I know, I was really young. But it makes sense to start young, right? As I got older, I participated in competitions with my studios dance team. I was flexible, and toned. It was my passion, my real dream was to become a professional dancer. But getting that far was a dream, it wasn't realistic. I was slim, but I had curves. I had a decent bust, a small waist, but I had a rather big bum and thighs. It was something guys liked, which made me insecure. I didn't like the thought of guys looking at me like that.. I had smooth tan skin, bright amber coloured eyes, with long, curly dark brown hair to top it off. My smile was white and straight, I smiled way too much. Partially because I laughed a lot, I loved jokes and funny things. I was singing along, I loved to sing. But I felt like I was horrible. Until I heard something fall downstairs. I furrow my eyebrows, my eyes glancing at the open door to my room. I don't say anything, although, you could probably hear my racing heart. Hufflepuff was next to me. It wasn't him. My parents were at work. My brother was out with friends. I get up, quietly walking towards the door of my room. My phone was in my back pocket, just in case. I wore black skinny jeans, with a Fall Out Boy tshirt on top. I slowly walk out of my room, holding Hufflepuff in my arms. Who was there? (Ayeeee, hi again!
