Sources of Media and Information
Some source of information is from indigenous media, which is a form of media expression produced by the locals in a particular region. These media can be in the form of records, oral instructions, social gatherings, and folk or traditional media that produce information called 'indigenous knowledge.'
Libraries are also a type of source of media such as public libraries, school libraries, academic libraries, and special libraries.
And lastly, the internet. The media provider that is a commonly used and most known source of information nowadays.

Indigenous Knowledge
I would like to create a simple yet straight image presentation about the Indigenous Media and Information Sources. These are the main source originated from different countries for cultural preservations.
Indigenous is what we call a native or an origin of a specific local society. Sources in Indigenous local can help us in our written papers to gather information. These are 4 classifications of unique ideas created or came from a local group:
It is one of the traditions of a local group as part of their entertainment in their country ever since in 20th Century. Folk musics including “Sanjo“ in Korea and “Tinikling” in Leyte, Philippines are one of the examples of folk dances and music.
Occasions or social gathering refers to the people who are in one particular place for a feast or celebrations. Fiestas including “Sto. Nino festival” in Cebu, Philippines and “Thanksgiving” in America are one of the examples of indigenous occasions.
Indigenous observations refers to a native dress, symbols, routines and hobbies of a particular group. These are most often observed by different people and many of them are interested to know more about it.
Lastly, the records refers to the written, carved code representations that is used for communication of a different group or tribe. Carved paintings in Egypt and “Morse code” in military are some of the examples of these records.
I got it a while ago but for some odd reason, it wouldn’t let me post.
