ALSO KNOWN AS BENZO FURY First synthesised in 1993, 6-APB became increasingly popular from the early 2000’s, and was widely sold in garish orange packets under the brand name ‘Benzo Fury’. At the time it seemed to be everywhere, both online and in head shops, and its packaging made it a frequent target for media hysteria.

It provided an MDMA type ride, a sense of well being, and for me at least a gentle comedown. Having stated this, however, it is rather habit forming, and given a number of reports of cardio-toxicity, I would suggest that dose restraint should always be practised by its users.

Eventually it was banned, both here in the UK and then in other European countries.

Is the 6-APB comedown as sudden and unpleasant as I've heard?

In my experience, 6-APB comedowns are pretty mild. Maybe the people you’ve been talking to have been using it too frequently, resulting in harsher comedowns.

I have seen you talk about 4-fa before and I am somewhat interested in trying it. What exactly is it? I have heard it's a stimulant but then again so are a lot of things. Also, how similar is 6-APB to mdma? Another thing I have wanted to try because I heard it can be used as an alternative?

4-FA is in fact a stimulant, through and through. But I like it much better than coke or Adderall. It has an empathetic push that makes me liken it to a dirty roll. I prefer it to MDMA for dancin’ my butt off.

6-APB at the right dose is almost indistinguishable from MDMA (apart from the duration), in my experience. But it also resembles MDA at higher doses.
