#6436 Bicycle Pink Guava Pineapple Milkshake IPA (Canada) Bicycle are phenomenal with their MIPAs, and I’m extra proud of this one as @nathandoesbeer and I helped come up with this fruit combination during our podcast with @behzadifariborz and Laura in June. Coming in at 6.7%, it pours a hazy pinky orange with a foamy head and a big guava nose, the body is dry and chalky as expected, it’s sweet and creamy, the pineapple plays the background while the guava shines, the Tahitian vanilla is subtle, there’s some mild bitterness (which could also align with the green hop vibes that could die down in a bit), wrapping up in a dusty, fruity finish.
