#6577 Indie Alehouse x Bellwoods Housekeeping (Canada) A few weeks back, I rocked the Bellwoods version of this, so it’s time for the Indie variant. Coming in at 5%, this Pale Ale boasts 25% Talus and 75% Nelson Sauvin (Belly did the reverse), it pours super hazy with a foamy head and a stonefruit nose, the body is creamy and smooth, it’s a touch chalky, definitely getting the white wine vibes, there’s some tropical fruit notes alongside some pithy grapefruit, it’s super crushable (even with 5 weeks of age on it), wrapping in a dusty, dry finish. I really like you. I know i shouldn't. We had a thing. Now you have her. And you love her. And I'm happy for you, I am. But all these late night conversations, the hugging and talking all day in class. She doesn't even go to the same high school as us but I think that if she did then you'd forget about me. And the worst part, is that I'd be ok with it. Because these weeks have been the best and more fun I've ever had in my life. And I just don't know if you even feel a little bit of the same as me.
