#6874 MonsRegius IPA Cuvée Extra Brut (Canada) I haven’t had a Brut IPA in a hot minute, so I was stoked to get my hands on this gem from MonsRegius. Coming in at 6%, it pours opaque with a big foamy head and a delicate nose, the body is soft and dry, tropical fruit hits but not too much, solid carbonation, balanced, really smooth and citrusy, packs less of a punch than I recall for the style but it makes it really drinkable and subtle, wrapping in a bone dry finish.
