Hit a personal best on my deadlift on Thursday! 185lbs! Getting strong! 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️

I started personal training today and did my first ever deadlift. The trainer set me up at 135lbs and I hit six reps! I also hit ten reps on the leg press at 350lbs!!! What the heck?! As lame as it sounds, when he told me the weight I did on the deadlift I teared up a little. I've always been too afraid to try the big barbells by myself, but now I know I can do it! I can't wait to see how much progress I make with some professional guidance! 💪🏼
