                  perfect. what a funny word, because how could something ever be perfect? yet that was what was expected of hyunji. every move he did, it needed to be right, nothing could be wrong. the way he talked, walked, smiled, it had all been perfected, it had all been practiced. and truly this was boring, but it was just the way things were in the dam family. and this? this wasn’t perfect. hyunji could somehow get away with flirting with other people in public, nobody really noticed how much of a flirt he was, but how could this go unnoticed? 

it genuinely wasn’t anything big, yet as hyunji stood here, he wondered how his perfect self could make such a little stupid mistake. he spilled water on someone, nothing big, we all make mistakes. hyunji doesn’t mistakes, so he stands completely still, how is he supposed to react? he just turned around and there they stood, and suddenly his glass of water was all over them. soon napkins were in the hands of hyunji and he tried to wipe off the water of the other’s shirt. “my apologies, i apologize so much!”.

                      it’s the little things that do it. having two sides to oneself and only enjoying one of the sides can be quite troublesome. hyunji doesn’t actual enjoy these kind of events, but he’s often just expected to come to them, it’s just a part of the perfect guy he has to be. but as said, hyunji doesn’t enjoy these kind of events, mostly actually he just doesn’t like the day. this is because during the day hyunji is expected to act the way his parents wants, which is usually just like a perfect guy. it gets boring in the length. hence this it’s the little things that do it; flirting. hyunji flirts like crazy at the parties he goes to a night, during the day it’s more subtle, but flirting is still the thing that brings a little joy to hyunji.

hyunji had heard of her slightly, moon jangmi, however he had never seen her face he believed. but here she stood in front of him and they were talking, and she was beautiful, so so he decided, why not? he takes a tot of her hair, plays with it. “you know, you’re actually quite pretty” he smiles at her, lets go of her hair “have you considered becoming a model too?”.
