Finally Friday 6a

Last night I told myself I wasn’t going to go to class this morning.  I wanted to take a rest day.  Then I set my alarm in case I changed my mind.  And when it went off, I couldn’t get it out of my head.  So...off to class I went.

Normal Friday circuit class; 12 moves, 1 min on, 15 sec transition for round one.  12 moves, 30 sec on, 5 sec transition for round two.  Followed up with some core work and stretching.  

Even though I thought I wanted the day off, I was glad I went.  Something about getting the workout in in the morning just seems to make the rest of the day good.
