6EMEIA
The duo 6emeia was created and developed by the artists Anderson Augusto known as SÃO, and Leonardo Delafuente known as Delafuente, residents of the district of Barra Funda where he started the project with the purpose of changing and transforming daily life. The goal is to modify the environment to which we all live proposing a new look and a reflection upon themes generated through creative and unusual works, consisting of painting storm drains, lampposts, manhole covers and any other object which makes the urban setting. With the drains painted propose a new kind of language between art / city and art / people. Putting art at the service and everyone. Showing that even the most forgotten and indifferent object, if looked at carefully can vent art. The culverts already painted by 6emeia are like colorful drops into a huge bucket gray. Stating that way that art does not always need to be viewed on the walls of galleries or museums. In a city tense, confused and dipped in colors like gray and beige, the duo 6emeia landscape clashes with your color palette, bringing life and humor to all.
