tuesday was the one year anniversary of the world losing beautiful little hind. she called for help from a car filled with 6 of her martyred family members. help was granted access to the site. then she and the paramedics were shot at 355 times. SCREAM HER NAME. she would have turned 7 this may, but in jannah she resides now. i hope her paradise is taking place in a peaceful gaza with her family. rest in paradise sweet hind ❤️

i saw a video on ig about this palestinian man who found his home mostly in tact when he got back to the north of gaza strip. i cried happy tears for him. the next video was of hundreds of thousands of people walking with bags, kids, pets. some of them were in wheelchairs, and some were being carried. i cried sad tears, remembering all of the children that are making this journey alone. no parents, no siblings, no grandparents. no home, no food, no clothes. moral of the story is, this is just the beginning. the “war” has ended and now it’s time to hold them up in their time of resilience 🫶🏻
