goals - Today, I will go to the doctors and get my arm, neck, and pelvis checked out. Then, I will go to my meeting at 2pm, study for 3 hours, and spend the rest of the evening cleaning up and prepping for tomorrow.

sleep - I will aim to sleep at 9pm.
fitness progression - I will not be working out today. I need to spend the day prepping.
habits - good habit: I am working towards keeping up with my calendar and avoiding overspending. bad habit: eating horribly, not working out enough, making a huge mess, not studying enough, masturbating.
feelings - I feel tired. My arm hurts. anxious because of the coffee. I want to be stimulated all the time. I dont feel horrible, but I dont feel amazing either. Feeling percentage: 65%
highlights - Luella left to go to the vipassana center today, so I will be spending the next 8 days alone.
failures - I failed to wake up on time to make a good breakfast, like I said I would.
beliefs - I believe, if I just utilize my energy wisely, I can accomplish SO MUCH.
