jonshone 9 years of @onedirection the biggest pop group in history. I remember those first days like they were yesterday.. The interview fighting for the chance as a 26 year old to prove myself as an MD amongst the UKs best then to meeting 5 fresh faced 16 year olds in oxford street. They bounced off the walls and their energy and ability to rip up the status quo was infectious. five world tours, 2 stadium tours and 2 movies later, the dream was real. I worked my ass off on this 5 year journey and was rewarded in so many ways. Thank you 1D for a wild ride and for teaching me the art of enjoying life. #1D
