Since i have so much time till my next meet im changing up my lifting for a bit and hitting volume with minimal equipment. Today was legs with a focus on quads. Legs basically equal a shit ton of squatting. Did a pyramid squat program. 9 sets starting with 95x20, 135x15, 225x10, 315x5, 365x1, then back down. 315x5, 185x10, 135x15, 95x20. 101 total reps. After squatting i hit leg extensions, 3 sets double drops. Starting at #100x20 drop to #70x20 drop to #40x25. Almost gave up after the first set but pushed through the jello legs.
