#7134 Merit x Four Winds Wind Waker (Canada) Four Winds are easily one of the West Coast GOATs, so it’s fitting that Merit brew a WCIPA with the legends for their fourth anniversary. Coming in at 7%, it pours a clear copper colour with an off-white foamy head and a sweet, malty nose, the body is crisp and clean, the Simcoe, Cascade and Centennial deliver apricot and citrus vibes, it’s mellow and resinous, a touch piney, wrapping in a dry, bready finish.
