#7214 5e Baron Fusain (Canada) Grisette time! The lords at 5e came through with what I believe is their first ever Grisette, and she’s gorgeous. Coming in at a crushable 3.5%, it pours light and clear with a foamy head and a spicy nose, the body is crisp and clean with some solid dryness, the farmhouse vibes kick in off the rip alongside some subtle funk and pepper notes, it’s a touch lemony, hardly any sweetness, it’s refreshing with a ton of flavour for the low ABV, wrapping in a bitter, hay-like finish.
