Up next is October SPOOKY. Not much went on during October, school was going good and I was working good hours which worked out very well with school going on. Halloween was very different this year, many were confused by what was going on. Nobody knew if Halloween was cancelled or if it was still on. I don’t think many participated in Halloween this year which is a bummer. October over all was a good month.

Assignment 1 part 3

This advertisement for the A.S.P.C.A was targeted at striking a nerve within people to feel sad about particular  animal situations and will provoke the advertisement viewer to feel bad enough for the animal to donate to their campaign. This is clearly an appeal to emotions which falls under the classification of the use pathos. this is achieved by showing “real” video of abused animals and talking about the unfortunate heart wrenching situations.

Due to the gravity of the current situation with pets in Houston area from Harvey, I opted not to show the “real commercial” and found a light hearted version that would be more fitting. (this was not counted as part of the 75 word requirement) Also, sorry for this one just making it passed the word count requirement.
