part 2.) (I will identify the undergrad as a male strictly for the fluidity of the response instead of stating he/she/it every time.) This person is quite self centered and conceited for not being a âbraggartâ. He begins by stating that he is a triple major in 3 tightly related majors which completely useless since these stats will show in an official record or a proper resume. One point that makes its way through the article is that he is confident in the sense of being overconfident. He does this by portraying self inflicted challenges that are impressive for any mere mortal but his points can be invalidated due to a  statement he makes right in the middle of his spew on GPA. He stated that he could easily achieve a 4.0 GPA with a part time job and being a triple major undergrad. This statement alone could single handedly take down his next point of boasting with achieving a 3.93 GPA while taking 2 honors classes and holding 2 part time jobs. My initial reaction was to laugh at this statement as to how vague he was. Anybody can have 2 part time jobs just by officially having 3 hour a week per job. What would look more impressive is working a full time job while taking honors classes since in order to be classified as a full time worker means to work 40 hours a week on average. Furthermore, if you could easily achieve a 4.0 GPA previously why didn't you achieve one in the end? This seems like a cheep way to shift blame away from the undergrad and onto the classes and work he intentionally put himself through. Any sane college student would happily accept the 4.0 GPA and be on their merry way. Another point that would irk anyone is the point he makes about, â[learning] a years worth of [code] from NYU in 27 daysâ on his âownâ (big emphasis on âownâ). This student is so self centered that he completely dismisses the fact he learned Java script from an institution and only credits himself for learning it. The way he should have stated that phrase is, â For instance, I learned a years worth of Java script in only 27 days from NYU.â In this configuration he does not seem so boastful which he oh so wants to avoid being labeled as mentioned in his last paragraph and will come off as humble while accomplishing a big feet.
