Day 2. Milhojas. This incredible creation gave me a run for my money. The puff pastry was buttery and flaky, topped with powdered sugar. The meringue was sweet and fluffy. My mouth was happy. Day 7. Happy Birthday. I entered into 27 singing one of the first songs I’ve ever covered Gnarls Barkley’s “Crazy” live in Valencia, Spain.
