I’ll cherish the friendship that I formed with you all these years, Dari. You impacted our lives so greatly, I don’t know how we can even keep going, and I hope your soul is at peace. I’ll never forget the chef you were to me; you made me love my job, and you got me out of my comfort zone every day. I’m gonna do my job in remembrance of you, and how to be the best I can be in this profession. I hope one day to master this shit and be a bomb ass cook. You will always be my first Chef. I’m glad she got to tell you how much we appreciated what you did for us in that kitchen. You treated us like individuals and made our learning personal. No one will ever forget you. 86 chef. <3
