LINKTOBER || DAY5 || SPIRIT/GUIDE ||
Wow, this took longer than expected, specifically 5 hours, which is the longest I've ever drawn, but any who: The meaning behind this picture was based on Day 5 Challenge: Spirit/Guide. Though technically Twilight is about the closest we get to another Link being a guide in the game, I wanted to mix in a few things. One, all of the amiibos, besides Sheik, that can be used in the BOTW game. I kinda made it a Majora's Mask thing where link places on his ancestors clothing and can feel some kind of spiritual connection from them. TWO, I placed the Links in front of The Forgotten Temple since this place was originally built to honor each hero of each time, seemingly giving it a graveyard kind of feel and lastly, I considered them guides because I feel Wild is one of the first Link's we get to see pretty much a bit discouraged. He isn't the first Link to almost die, but I'm sure once he woke back up, there was a part of him that felt less of a hero knowing that he couldn't complete the one goal given to him. Defeating Ganon. So I leave this as a fan fiction type of canon because they all help feel that he can do anything and that being a hero....doesn't mean you have to be perfect.
