tfw your back is acting up and its mainly from your hip problem so it makes sitting feel uncomfortable or lifting heavy objects, or when you go to sneeze and it feels like you pulled a muscle in your shoulder blade because the muscle that runs from your lower back to your shoulder blade is so tensed up
