Today I felt a little better. I’ve been eating all day perfectly fine which I’m very happy about. We shall see how long this lasts. But in the meantime I’m glad that I don’t have to feel forced to eat my food.
On a serious note though... I need a body pillow. I just can’t sleep I can’t get comfortable my lower back kills me 😔 I hurt my lower back when I was running track in college then I finished fucking it up when I had a car accident back in 2014 🙁
you ever cry because you’re pregnant and your SO is wonderful and cute? because I do like every other day.
And with that
I'm graduated from the Fertility Center. Baby measured at 8.5 weeks, had a HR of 177, and was wiggling around a lot. Finally able to cry tears of relief and happiness since that first positive test. We're going to have a baby!!

So, I woke up this morning feeling like ass. Tired, nauseous, head-pounding ass. Called work, yelled at husband to feed the cats and come to bed, and fell back to sleep. At about 9 I was awoken by a call from the doctor’s office. “We have the results of your bloodwork and would like to see you this week.” Okay, great, lets do this today. Turns out I have low rubella immunity, and as we’ve know for years, low platelet count. So now I get to go for biweekly bloodwork. Fuck that shit. Bloodwork makes me miserable, all light-headed and nauseous and blah for the rest of the day.
I need to start up with yoga again. I have back problems from a spinal deformity, and even though it is still the first trimester, it is already getting more painful. Yoga helped before I was pregnant, hopefully it will still help.
I think I'm going to go with my old due date until I'm told otherwise because going backwards on the apps and seeing the baby look like a blob instead of a human makes me feel like my baby is probably just a bit small temporarily & I'm still as far along as I think. It's only 5 days but I felt so accomplished getting this far 😂
