I realize I never updated here. I spend all my free time sleeping these days. We got to see the little blueberry on ultrasound last week! Measuring right on time with a heart beat of 153.

🎉We’ve officially ‘graduated’ from our fertility clinic and I’ll move to my maternity Dr. (Literally the building next door but still!) I have a butt load of appts coming up and retesting my TSH because they upped the meds again. We should be getting our genetic screening done around 12 weeks and we’ll choose to find out the sex of the baby then too!

Obviously sticking with optimism for now, I know we’re by no means in the safe zone but this feels pretty darn good.

It’s been a year since I lost the most important person in my life. It’s been a year of breakdowns and confusion, heartache and misplaced anger. It’s been a year I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. But this month. This month we start over. This month we enroll back in school. This month we travel hundred of miles searching for your perfect forever home. This month we buy a book of names. This month I stop crying. I get out of bed and I make a life for the person growing inside my beautiful wife. I’ve waited a long time to be a mother to you. I promise I’ll be a good one... after all I learned from the best.

8weeks! *When I'm captioning these as how many weeks they are, at this point I am just guessing! The scan will soon tell.* Had my bloods this week, also had my first Midwife appointment but my actual midwife was off sick so I won't meet her until my 16wk appointment. Can't believe you go so long without seeing them again! Anyways she forgot to test me for Strep B after I mentioned that they knew I had Strep B with Maisie and 'forgot' to tell me so therefore I didn't receive any treatment during pregnancy or labour which may of resulted in Maisie being seriously poorly or a lot worse, still born. After stressing this to her she just forgot! Going to book my scan today as I wasn't on the system the other day to book it. Sickness is still there, really intense in the evenings making it super difficult working. 😩

Took #Liv to the bank today. Seemed a bag was the best option since she can't walk in public spaces until she's had her shots. #8wks
