My dear friend Ali, proprietor of 9000things, is a supremely talented maker and craftswoman in the Somerville/Boston area. She’s also opening her first brick-and-mortar store at Bow Market in Union Square! Upon realizing her need for custom furniture and inventory storage solutions, she commissioned me to build some up.
After the workbench, counter, and shelving, I moved on to print organizers for her 10″ wide art, which will line one wall of her space for easy customer browsing and perusal.
Joinery this time was a bit cleaner - framing nails, glue, and dowls (since customers would be directly interacting with these pieces, as opposed to the other things I built for her crafting/studio use.
