1. What is your favorite method of exercise? ~probs yoga because it calms me 2. Do you have a favorite post-work out snack? ~greek yogurt with stevia and granola, yum 3. What initially made you want to get fit/healthy? ~honestly just because i wanted to get skinny but i just feel better when i eat healthy 4. Sidewalks, running trails, or treadmills? ~running trails! i hate treadmills so much 5. Strength training or cardio (or both)? ~both because i am an indecisive person :) 6.
