1. What type of workouts do you usually do? Mostly running, yoga, or fun stuff like paddleboarding!
2. What’s your favorite clean eating meal? Grilled veggies
3. What’s your favorite cheat meal? Probably chips :P
5. Where are you from? USA: Colorado originally. I live in Florida now.
6.What’s your best personality trait? I really like that I tend to have a positive attitude a lot.
7. Favorite physical trait? My legs! Learning to love them.
8. Where’s your favorite place to visit? New England, always.
9. What do you do for work? I really need a job, nothing right now.
10. What is your fitness goal? to be able to run a marathon! and also to hike the PCT

1.How did you become body positive? I realized I wasn’t happy with the way I looked and suffered from low self-esteem, but I knew the only way to be truly healthy was to love my body as it was and work toward improvement!
2. Whats your favorite feauture of your body?Again, my legs. or my brain. :P
