Finally I'm able to post this ahhhh 💕💕💕 This was my entry to the Staying Power Fanzine, that's finally being shipped around! 😍 I LOVED drawing this!
The "Sword Photoshoot" is glorious but I also wanted to draw the boys as their Innuendo caricatures, so I decided to mix the two! 70s and 90s meeting at once in a carnival of allegories and colors. It's all there: John with the bunny and the tortoise, Brian's mask and pins, Roger's stars and suns, Freddie and his absurd necklace, surrounded by cats! Yeah, I made the "roaring" cat yawn, that's cuter hahah
