i found font-family but it's near font-size. i increased the number from 12px to 14px but still nothing happened. also, how do i stop my quotes from being underlined when i hover over them?

well then there are probably multiple font-sizes ? you said you wanted to change the font not the font size.. 

as for the quote add in your css
