Can I ask as someone else with a personality disorder what helped u get better at like relationships and life and stuff?

did you mean to send this one to me? i havent talked about having a pd in years because i dont think its a correct or actionable diagnosis for me. ive also gotten into antipsychology and personality disorders are simply like, not fucking real in that sense

ive recently been suggested the diagnosis for cptsd which i can make my peace with because its something that is workable its a condition that can improve. my number one pd tip is to stop thinking that its an immutable part of your personality because it isnt, your behaviour and thought patterns r the result of shit thats happened to you and they can change. it takes years but they can. i dont know if this is helpful, but what ive been doing is what i recently discovered is called urge surfing, and its a technique for suicidal urges but u can use it for when u randomly wanna tell a cherished friend that their minor transgression made u hate them. anyway the main point is to just let urself feel it, think about why it might be happening, think about its details and let the peak pass without taking action. this SUCKS and its HARD. in any case, i wish you luck

i like that the main youtuber fitness channel focus a lot on strength and have healthy bodies, the trend seems to be strength among those i follow at least, like pamela reif, madfit, chloe ting. I dont want to comment on their bodies too much but i feel like they are all three stronger and not as skinny as they used to be which is awesome. Pamela even made a short about how she gained 7kg and got stronger. Thats what women need as rolemodels, even if ofc i dont want the focus in fitness to be about appearance but strength, but still i think its great. Some of my other favorite channels are Tara's body and emkfit, both are dance centered which i love.

I guess I personally don’t understand what is lessened about a young man dying just because they threw in a red herring. He’s been through so much, he’ll never watch his baby grow up, Dulcinea will be alone, Jesse will lose his best friend after finally getting him back, the fight for justice in Lincoln will just have another body on its hands, but because he dies after getting shot, it’s not sad enough?

it’s not that it isn’t sad enough, it’s that they used his tragic death scene already as the fake out. The reason it’s so tragic is how it went down, he was revered as this famed outlaw and didn’t go out in some blaze of glory, or shootout, or hanging, he was shot suddenly by Pat in the dark before he could fully get his gun out. It’s the tragedy of the exact situation and the fact the show (most likely) used it as a fake out is what is disappointing to me.

If they made it another scenario, it wouldn’t have really been an issue, like if he got hurt in a shootout, etc.

It’s still sad if he still ends up dying, it’s just the context and how they’ve used this scene that’s lessening the impact of his story that the show themselves has set up and alluded to multiple times. And they can’t really repeat it? That wouldn’t really make sense.
