How do you apologise to people for ghosting them for months with no excuse except for the fact you’re an insomniac with chronic pain who is perpetually tired & getting a good amount of sleep through medication just makes you even more tired & even more grouchy & every tiny action is a thousand times more tiring so trying to type a message is tiring. How do you say that without is sounding like a piss poor excuse?
