A small typo, them not the m. Goodness I'm embarrassed. -🍎
You should of double checked your spelling then.
I googled Leigh Kendall again and apparently that poster is anti-antifa (and thus almost certainly fascist) propaganda.
hey! i just wanted to give you a heads up that 'inuit' is a plural word and if you're talking about a single person its 'inuk'! i saw your amazing art of ukiuk and was giddy to see a mermaid based around my culture and just wanted to let you know
thank you so much for correcting me!!!
also i’m elated to hear you enjoy her. like, i want anyone to connect with her, but i especially want her to respectfully represent or pay homage to your culture and stoke a little happiness! i’ve seen a few indigenous bloggers mention positive things but as i was saying to a sweet woman last night, i am so open to promptings and corrections like this to help me learn and do better for next time. thanks for your understanding and guidance! :)
I gave you guys bad info in that last post.
You’ll find me at @sigilsleepy on tumblr Twitter, I meant to say Twitter..... 😑
In my limited experience, the type of commentors I have seen, listed from Least Anxiety Inducing to Most.
1. That friend who has my ao3 account open in a tab on her phone at all times and sends me “!!!!” texts when I update. It’s a little like when your mom hangs your incomprehensible scribbles on the fridge and calls it art, but this is also the only person who can properly appreciate my attempts at foreshadowing.
2. The comment that’s just, like, whatever the person’s feeling immediately after reading. They assuage my fanfic-posting anxiety and I appreciate them forever.
3. The commentor who has questions. Usually reminds me of shit I didn’t consider and/or got lost between my brain and the doc I wrote the chapter in. idk where it went, but someone’s going to question my mistake IC next chapter, I hope they don’t mind which character I chose as their mouthpiece.
4. That guy who only comments when I make a typo. Occasionally acts as #3. Genuinely can’t tell if they like my fanfic or hate it.
