Headcanon A: realistic
She's reunited with Neal post-show. He's moved to London for a bit, and then she managed to get a promotion at Sterling-Bosch back in NY, so they moved back to NY, which allowed them to be closer to the Burkes, obviously. And they all lived happily ever after. The End.
Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious.
They did name their kid Connie and Conrad. And Connor for the unexpected 3rd one.
Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends.
It's actually really hard to make up something "heart-crushing and awful" on the spot, just for a fun meme, but that'd probably have to do with her sister. Like, realisitically, she's probably dead. Why else would she have given no news or Sara hadn't been able to find her by now? But see, my brain is actively blocking the idea and right now arguing with me, whispering: well, you know, classic case of amnesia, she doesn't remember who she is. But she's alive and well, and thus imagine the happy reunion.
Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.
Well, then, unrealistic, but Sara's sister is alive and well, living her happy life somewhere and one day she gets in trouble, and reaches out to Sara for help. Or maybe not in trouble but she hears about Sara by chance (some random news cause Sara recovered a lost painting or something?). I don't know but a reunion.
Or maybe she was living in Paris all along, and she looks a lot like her sister so when Neal runs into her, he just *knows* who she is, and then he goes to London like "Hi, Sara, before you get mad at me for not being dead, look who I'm bringing along! Please be mad at her first." XD
