5. Tell me about a moment when my fics surprised you.

Hmmmmm... HMMMMMMMMMMMMM.... *consults AO3* Honestly, I think anytime someone writes Mitsukiki in a way that I am invested in, I am surprised. Often they are just a background couple for me - I can take ‘em or leave ‘em - but the way that you wrote them in Quiet is just fantastic.

Like, the story weaving is just great in and of itself, but giving Mitsuhide a complex and a previous love interest really added a lot to it. His awkwardness and brimming respect for Kiki is just wonderful, too, and it gives those moments where he slips up and notices how perfectly painted her red lipstick is a delicious tension.

(Also, as I mentioned before, Mitsuhide’s sense of dry humor through most of it is just perfect. “Looks like we’re arming France after all” XD XD XD )

14. Tell me about your favourite supporting character in my fics.

I am really enjoying your Mukaze in The Last Princess of Tanbarun. His dad-humor is just fantastic. I especially enjoyed that moment when Obi came into the room and saw the Worlds Worst Assassins trying to get in through the window.

Obi: Do you want me to...?

Mukaze: No, no. It would hurt their self-esteem to be caught so quickly.

Obi: Yea, but-

Mukaze: Besides this is the best entertainment I’ve had in weeks.

Obi: ...okay, fair.
