A morning habit is a beginning of a new day.
According to health and safety, a body after a morning running is functioning better.
A good health is important based on a condition.
A habit should be developed beginning with a little run at own pace no longer than 30 minutes.
During a month, as soon as a condition is going to be improved, then a health of a body will be improved.
The body should not be exhausted.
After such a habit, have a shower with a cold water, and the hot water for 2 minutes.
For a longer time the shower can lead to have a cold.
After the shower, have a juice from a fresh fruit, and a cup of a tea, or a coffee depending on what you prefer.
Having a habit with the coffee an equipment is required to check a blood pressure every day in order to monitor the blood pressure.
A breakfast I recommend to eat later, after an hour when a feeling of being hungry gets started.
