I'll be generous and guess that you mean a habitable island with trees and fresh water. If I was stranded on a desert island with nothing to drink, eat or build an escape raft from, I'd probably just die! Going by that first assumption, then, this is what I'd take with me:
An Eternal Pose, oriented to the nearest human habitation! Lots of rope, as I don't want to risk my raft falling apart on me! Lastly, the biggest Water Dial possible! I'm lucky among seafarers in that my kage-kage no mi would allow me to cut down whatever I needed, scout my surroundings and even serve as the sail for a raft, but without a way to escape, a direction to sail in and fresh water to drink, my powers wouldn't be enough to survive on. A sailor's life is harsh!
