man I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s not a fan of the whole “depuppetification after getting with Tenna” genre of art, it lowkey feels like “the power of love will cure this persons chronic illness/disfigurement” which is uhhh. Not great 😭 but maybe I’m reading too much into it. Idk feel free to ignore this

Although I do find it cute and have my own degree of enjoyment for it, you are absolutely right and not reading too much into it, i feel. The "love reverses disability" is 100% the subtext, intentional or not, and it just kind of gives me a BIG ick in a time where the fandom is VERY obsessed with drawing bs spam, who is the most ""NORMAL"" of his versions... Lots of attractive suave confident bs spams goin around... too digestible... avoiding the disability and struggle that comes alongside learning to love yourself as much as your partner..... impostors among us... I pointed that subtext out in the comments of a funtergeist post a while back under another comment who pointed out the "demonization of puppet spamton".... hrmm... Obviously no shade to people who do participate, do whatever you want forever, its just a personal preference of mine.

Since it’s a new year, I want to share my personal favorite fics that I’ve written.

1.) Tied Apron Strings- Sugawara. This was my favorite one out of the bunch. It’s extremely self indulgent. I really wanted a bunch of cuteness and tried really hard.

2.) Trading Places- Itadori/Reader/Sukuna. I didn’t think I’d enjoy writing this as much as I did. The smut was fun to write. Plus I love Sukuna’s character.

3.) I Trust You- Inumaki. I wrote this because of one idea. I didn’t think it would take off because of it. Thank you all who followed me because of this one piece.

4.) 3 Sum- Levi/reader/Eren. I love this fic. This idea was runnigg by through my mind for a month before I actually wrote it. I know who suggested it and thank you. You’re perfect.

While these are my top 4, I’m proud of everything I wrote this year. I think I’m getting better with my writings. Hope all of you have a better 2022 than your 2021.

I’m going to do some reflection here. While I thought this year was shit, there have been some good parts.

I met some of my best friends. @hisbutlerisahunter She’s been my rock through this year. I don’t think I could have done it without her.

My discord group that’s been great friends. They’re some of my best hype people of all time. @shadowhoodie13 @hiraeth-kittyboo @aly-kurta @feitansporcelaindoll @azelmawhy and Sophie

I met my twin @alto-march-of-death h Serious even our names are close. We both teach. It’s insane. I wouldn’t want any other teacher friend in my life. And her obsession with Nanami!!!

Lastly, this year I was able to move out of my parents house and into an apartment. I got a job teaching English to 10th graders. The little shits but I wouldn’t trade them for the world!! I got a boyfriend who I’ve happily had for 4 months and makes me happier than anybody ever. I feel like an adult for the first time in my life!! I turned 25. Seriously, I hope 2022 is better but im happy how this year went.
